Android Files
This morning my new Android phone filled up with media as I was shooting video of the ice & snow we got in Kansas this morning. So I looked up how to transfer files from the phone to my Mac. Easy, peasy with this Android File Transfer app. https://www.android.com/filetransfer/
Moved the files to the cloud, delete them from my phone, and I’m back in business!
Little Bit o’ Linux
Today I installed Zoom on an Ubuntu Linux box using this support article:
The funny thing about this particular Linux box is it is an old iMac running Ubuntu.
I’m putting Zoom on it to see if I can join in the Zoom chat I’m having with my students.
Next, I wanted to try to enable SSH on it and see if I can port forward to it through our router to allow students to connect.
This tutorial seems to answer that question.
